When I am feeling low and full of woe,

Don't ask me why or try to understand,

Just hold me tight, let your warm love flow,

And comfort me with the touch of your hand.

 

If tears should fall from my tired eyes,

Let them flow freely, they will ease my pain,

And when my heart is heavy with sighs,

Your gentle presence will keep me sane.

 

I'm not like others, I struggle to express,

The feelings that are buried deep within,

I feel alone in this world of distress,
